Terms of Service
Terms of Service
These terms govern how you use BrieflyGo document review, editing, sending, and AI-assisted workflows.
Not legal advice
BrieflyGo is an AI-powered tool for document review, editing, and workflow support, not a law firm. Our outputs are informational only. No attorney-client relationship is created by using the service. Always consult a qualified professional before making final legal decisions.
1.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BrieflyGo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2.
Accuracy and Limitations
AI is an evolving technology. While we aim for useful and reliable output, we do not guarantee that BrieflyGo will identify every issue in every document or that any output will be complete, correct, or suitable for your specific legal situation.
3.
Usage Rights and Your Responsibility
You confirm that you have the legal right to upload, edit, send, share, or otherwise use any document you provide through the service. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws, contracts, notices, confidentiality duties, and signing requirements.
4.
Limitation of Liability
BrieflyGo is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrieflyGo is not liable for losses, damages, missed deadlines, or adverse outcomes arising from your reliance on the service or your decisions after using it. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
5.
Jurisdictional Variation
Laws differ by state, country, industry, and use case. Our output may discuss general legal concepts, but local or sector-specific rules may still apply to you and may change without notice.
6.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use BrieflyGo to upload illegal content, infringe copyright or privacy rights, impersonate another person, send spam or deceptive signing requests, distribute malware, abuse third-party systems, attempt to reverse-engineer our product, or otherwise violate applicable laws or these Terms.
7.
Subscriptions, Credits, and Purchased Capacity
Some features may require a paid plan, purchased credits, or other usage-based capacity. We may change plan packaging, feature access, credit costs, or included monthly allowances from time to time. Unless we say otherwise in product, purchased capacity is non-transferable and has no cash value.
8.
Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we may notify you by email, in-product messaging, or by updating the effective date on this page. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance.
9.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10.
Your Documents and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your documents and content. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transform, transmit, and display that content solely to deliver the product features you requested.
11.
Copyright Complaints
If you believe content connected to BrieflyGo infringes your copyright, please send a notice with the allegedly infringed work, the material at issue, the relevant URL or identifying details, your contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy statement made under penalty of perjury, and your signature. See our DMCA Policy for the full process.
12.
Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users, abused the service, or engaged in unlawful conduct. Where practical, we may provide notice before acting, but immediate action may be necessary in some cases.
13.
EU and UK Consumer Withdrawal Right
If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal from your subscription from the date of first payment. If you have already used paid features before that period ends, any refund may be reduced to reflect the part of the service already provided where law allows that result. To exercise this right, email [email protected] with the subject line Statutory Withdrawal.
