What is Fill PDF, and when should you use it?
Fill PDF opens your document in the BrieflyGo editor so you can type into it — whether or not it has real form fields, which is the part that stops most PDF readers.

Limits and checks before you use the result
- Text is placed on the page, not merged into the document text. That is what a filled form needs, but it means the result is not a re-typeset document.
- On a scanned page nothing is machine-readable to begin with. Run OCR first if you need the underlying text to be searchable rather than just adding your own on top.
- Interactive PDFs with calculations or validation rules will not run those rules here — the arithmetic is yours to check.
- Work in the editor is not stored unless you are signed in. Export the filled PDF before closing the tab.
