Refund Eligibility
We may approve a refund when all of the following are true:
- You request it within 7 calendar days of the first charge for that purchase or subscription period.
- The purchase has seen little or no meaningful paid usage, consumed credits, or completed paid workflow actions.
- You have not previously received a refund from BrieflyGo for the same type of purchase issue.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank. To request a refund, email [email protected] with the subject line Refund Request and your registered email address.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Requests made more than 7 days after the billing date or purchase date.
- Accounts that have already consumed paid credits or completed substantial paid workflow activity.
- Renewals where the subscription remained active because it was not cancelled before renewal, unless required by law.
- Promotional, trial, discounted, or custom arrangements unless explicitly stated otherwise.

EU and UK Statutory Rights
If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal from the date of first payment. This statutory right operates separately from our standard review window and cannot be waived in advance.
If you have already accessed paid features before the statutory withdrawal period ends, any refund may be reduced to reflect the part of the service already provided where applicable law allows that result.
To exercise statutory withdrawal rights, email [email protected] with the subject Statutory Withdrawal and your registered email address.
