Security at BrieflyGo
We protect accounts, saved documents, report data, and AI-assisted workflows with layered product and provider controls.
Encrypted Transit and Protected Storage
All data is transmitted over encrypted channels using TLS 1.2 or better. Files, saved reports, and workspace artifacts that you choose to keep in your account live on protected cloud infrastructure with provider-managed encryption and access controls.
No Training on Customer Documents
We do not use your uploaded documents to train our AI models. Your content is used to deliver the product experience you requested, not to improve general-purpose models on your materials.
Deletion and Retention Workflows
You control what stays in your workspace. When you delete a stored document or report, we remove it from the product surface and then process deletion through our managed storage and retention workflows.
Cloud and Vendor Security Layers
BrieflyGo relies on established providers for hosting, storage, authentication, email delivery, and AI inference. Those providers apply their own platform security controls while we configure product access, permissions, and feature-level restrictions on top.
Access Controls
Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel and limited to work that supports the service. We use account-level controls, permission boundaries, and operational review before making sensitive changes.
Responsible Disclosure
Found a security issue? Please report it to [email protected] with enough detail for us to reproduce the issue. We review good-faith reports, prioritize issues by risk, and may follow up for more information.
Security scope
Our security approach covers account access, saved documents, report storage, workflow actions, email sends, and the third-party services used to operate the product.
Not every customer file is transient. If you explicitly save a report, workspace draft, template, or send flow, that content may remain available in your account until it is deleted or removed under retention rules.
For privacy, retention, and sub-processor details, see our Privacy Policy.
